Please see warranty period and type listed in the item description for all products. All products are shipped with insurance for the full value of the shipment. In the warranty period Greenneck Outfitters will assist you with obtaining warranty service from the manufacturer. All warranty issues returning to Greenneck Outfitters will require an RMA number issued by our customer service department.
Greenneck Outfitters warranty does not cover damage caused by water, dropping, improper use, improper assembly, theft, loss, or Acts of God. We highly recommend test firing your firearm after a minor cleaning before stripping and fully cleaning.
Service Policy:
Items in for Service work will incure a Storage Fee compounded monthly if not picked up. An Agreement is signed at time of item dropped off for Service Work.
Service items left for more than 6 months with no customer contact will be disposed of. We will make attempts to contact you by the email or phone number provided but are not able to store items for extended periods.
